Today, we’d like to introduce you to our CEO and President, Stephanie Keller!
Stephanie’s history with Nickerson Corporation dates back to when she was 8 years old, visiting the office with her father one day after school. After noticing that her father had the same furniture in his office that she had in her first grade classroom, Stephanie has been passionately involved with the business and has helped it grow and develop to become what it is today.
Though every day on the job brings a new memory, Stephanie explains that one of her most memorable experiences was the first job she completed – a locker door conversion in the Henrick Hudson School District with the facilities manager Eddie Kear. “I was 22 years old and he put trust in me to redo the High School Lockers,” says Stephanie. “I felt on top of the world.”
However, every day is another exciting day for Stephanie, as she gets to spend time with and learn from her father, Bob Keller, who she’s deemed as her greatest mentor, in addition to working with all of the staff here at Nickerson Corporation.
When asked what her favorite product to work with is, Stephanie couldn’t pick just one! Instead, she explains that it is our mission to make sure we supply the proper solutions for furniture in today’s educational world, whether that be chairs and desks or science labs. “We Furnish a Child’s Education” is really what Nickerson is all about,” says Stephanie.
This September marked Stephanie’s 20th year with the company, and we are so lucky to have her as a part of our team! Stephanie, thank you for all that you do for the Nickerson Corporation family, and thank you for your overwhelming dedication to this business!
