Tips on Keeping Your Desk in Top Shape

Pencil & Marker Scribbles

While there typically are lots of these, they happen to be one of the easiest stains to remove. Pencil and marker can be wiped away with a mixture of soap and water or a spritz of an all-purpose cleanser.

Pen Marks

A standard citrus-based cleaner will help wash away the remnants of pen marks. Just spray and blot with water to lift the stain.

Crayon Creations

With a little bit of water and baking soda, those waxy colorful creations will be gone in no time. You can also spray the desk with an ammonia-based cleaner, let sit for 15 minutes and wipe clean.

Permanent Marker

Hairspray is a great tool to help remove stubborn permanent marker spots from classroom furniture and whiteboards alike. Be sure to wipe away the sticky spray residue with rubbing alcohol after your stain has been lifted.
