Custom Bleachers at the US Army Base at Fort Drum

This past September, we had the pleasure of working with the leaders of the US Army Base at Fort Drum to assist them with their current bleacher situation. At the time, the indoor bleachers at Fort Drum were outdated and operating poorly, not to mention taking up space that was needed when the bleachers were not in use. In order to make the most of their space, Fort Drum required a set up that allowed their bleachers to be stored under the second floor running track in addition to being able to travel forward as needed during game time. Therefore, it became our goal to provide them with a bleacher product that was easy to maneuver and adjustable while also meeting the latest safety codes and requirements.

After closely considering the space we had to work with as well as their requirements for a new bleacher system, we knew exactly which product they needed – the MAXAM Custom Traveling Bleacher by Hussey Seating. While we had a two week time period to complete the job, we made it a priority to use our time as wisely and efficiently as possible, and as a result, were able to finish the installation three days earlier than expected!
